• You start with 30-minute consultations, where we work together to on designing an eating plan which is sustainable.
• Weekly interactions are scheduled to review & modify your meal & exercise recommendations.
• Special meal planning is done for special occasions like weddings, festivals, vacations, Fast or work-related travel.
Consultation Stage
• Once you have achieved your goals, we give you a maintenance plan & useful tips to sustain your results.
